Installation Guide

Bangjun Gabion Boxes are easy to install by following these steps:

1.Unpack and Unfold: Woven gabions are collapsed and packaged on pallets for easy transport. Unpack the gabion basket and unfold it.

2.Assemble: Erect each side and assemble it into a cage-like container. Tie each thick edge together with binding wire.

3.Fill: Choose rigid and breakage-proof stones (75mm to 250mm). Place big stones around the basket and on the front side where they will bear impacts. Place smaller stones at the bottom.

4.Reinforce: Place wire reinforcements every twelve inches in each direction to retain the shape of the basket. Use double twisted binding wire to connect neighboring sides at 1/3 and 2/3 height.

5.Cover: Stretch the lid tightly and ensure its four edged wires overlap with the body’s wire. Fasten the lid with binding wire.

6.Connect: Secure the tops of the baskets with galvanized wire and lace the baskets to each other, ensuring a secure and stable structure.
